What is your return policy?

We are happy to work with each customer until they are fully satisfied. We allow returns for store credit if the item is shipped back to us within 30 days or less of purchase without being used. If the item is shipped back to us after this time frame, we are unable to process your return. Items must be returned in their original packaging in their original condition. If an item is not received back in this condition, we reserve the right to keep or return at our discretion. 

Can I be an affiliate for The Wild Rays?

We love when you share about our products and want to help you earn a little extra income while you do so. Email us at info@thewildrays.com for more information. We will give you a personal code to share and when your code is used we will send you a percentage of those sales.
